Refund & Exchange Policy – Ayquni

At Ayquni, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

1. Eligibility (24 Hours Policy)

  • Customers are allowed to request a refund or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Refund/Exchange

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Worn or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defect)
  • Items without original tags
  • Products returned after 24 hours

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed via:
    •  The original payment method OR
    •  Store credit (based on your preference)
      • * Refund processing may take 5–10 business days

5. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may:
    • Choose another item OR
    • Request a refund

6. Shipping Fees

  • * Shipping fees are non-refundable
  •  Return shipping costs are:
    •  Covered by the customer (unless item is defective)

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  •  Contact us within 24 hours
  •  We will cover all related costs
