1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all governorates across Egypt.

2. Delivery Time & Shipping Fees
Shipping fees and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination:
- Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 72 hours – 70 EGP
- Alexandria: Delivery within 3-4 days – 85 EGP
- Delta & Canal Cities: Delivery within 3-4 days – 95 EGP
- Upper Egypt: Delivery within up to 3-4 days – 115 EGP
- Remote Areas: Delivery within up to 3-4 days – 150 EGP
Remote areas include (but are not limited to): Red Sea, Hurghada, Dahab, Safaga, El Gouna, Marsa Matrouh, and the North Coast.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking update via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if provided).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including address and phone number.
The courier may contact you before delivery, so please ensure you are available to receive your order.

While we aim to meet the stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related issues.
Ayquni is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping the order will be arranged at the customer’s expense.
